​Average costs of a rewire is as follows
During a rewire cables are installed through loft and floor voids to provide additional sockets/outlets and make your home safer.
Flooring will be protected with dust sheets/protective covering where required.

Electrical rewiring can be separated into two stages, first and second fix. First fix is the task of installing the cables under floorboard, chasing out sockets, switches and fitting of back boxes. Second fix is connecting sockets, switches and the main consumer unit so all new points are energised.
